At Compassionate Counseling Services (CCS), we are dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges through a foundation built on empathy, trust, wisdom, and compassion. Located in Waseca, MN, with telehealth services available across the state, CCS offers a hybrid model of in-person and virtual therapy to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

We are on the lookout for passionate, grounded clinicians who happen to be highly skilled, competent, and independently practicing mental health professionals. If you still require supervision, we can work with you and support you in your professional development.

• Letting someone else handle the business stuff for you so you can show up, and be the best therapist, submit your notes, invoice, and be done.

• Having an existing referral stream, scheduling coordinator, and intake process ready to go.

Competitive compensation

We are a W-2 based practice open to supporting clinician part time through full time. Part time requires a minimum of 10 weekly sessions up to 20 sessions.

Job Title: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), LICSW, LPCC or Clinical training in need of supervision as a LMFT.

Position Highlights:

• Location: Waseca, MN or Remote Telehealth (MN Residents Only).
• Earning Potential: Earn up to $55,625 annually for part-time work!
• Flexibility: Work 30 hours/week or fewer with manageable caseloads.

Qualifications:

• Licensed in Minnesota as an LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC.
• Reside in Minnesota to provide in-person and telehealth services.
• Experience in providing therapy to diverse clients.
• Compassionate, collaborative, and committed to professional growth.
